Champagne Herbelet, Grand Cru Champagne on the Côte des Blancs

Coming from families of artisan winegrowers, for several generations in Champagne, we have combined the love, pleasure and skills of each individual to share our passion for the vine and wine through our Herbelet Champagnes.

Champagne Herbelet was born from the union of Valérie Lemaire and Grégoire Herbelet in 1998. Our family estate of nine hectares is located in the heart of the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs (region of preference for the most recognized and best of Champagne's grape varieties: Chardonnay) in Oger, a village that won a gold medal at the European Flowering Competition in 2005.

Champagne Herbelet pays particular attention to the terroir and the wine. We produce and are committed to revealing tradition and exception through the quality and finesse of our products. Our vineyard, cultivated in a sustainable way, is composed of 80% Chardonnay from the best wines of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Oger, Cramant, Oiry). In the respect of the environment and for a sustainable viticulture, we work the soils, our yields are measured, always a manual harvest and a harvest at perfect maturity to offer you Champagnes of character and exception.

Independent winegrower

We are part of the Independent Champagne Winegrowers from A to Z, a charter of quality and respect par excellence. This means that we work our vines, harvest our grapes, vinify and age our wines, bottle our production in our cellar, market only our products, and share the fruit of our work and culture.
